This apartment is located on the second floor of a three-story, multi-family home. Each apartment in the house has its own private entrance and is completely independent. You will have full access to your apartment, ensuring privacy and comfort during your stay. Located on the second floor and accessed by a charming staircase, this space also includes a cozy balcony where you can relax and enjoy the coastal atmosphere. It also has a portable grill that you can utilize in the balcony. 

Please note that the third-floor apartment is also available for rent, so there’s a chance both units may be occupied simultaneously. Parking Information We have one parking space available on a first-come, first-served basis. If the space is occupied, don't worry!
