Welcome to our beautifully designed 3-bedroom apartment, featuring two bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms for ultimate comfort and privacy. This apartment is located on the third floor of a three-story, multi-family home. Each apartment in the house has its own private entrance and is completely independent. You will have full access to your apartment, ensuring privacy and comfort during your stay. Located on the third floor and accessed by a charming staircase, this space also includes a rooftop where you can relax and enjoy the coastal atmosphere. 

Please note that the second-floor 5 bedroom apartment is also available for rent; therefore, there’s a chance both units may be occupied simultaneously. If you’re interested in renting the whole house, feel free to look through both of my listings on Airbnb. Parking Information We have one parking space available on a first-come, first-served basis. If the space is occupied, don't worry!

Should you desire the luxury of a private chef, we're more than happy to arrange it for an additional fee. We have a grill in the rooftop that you are more than welcome to use. Please bring your own carbon and the things needed to light up your carbon.
